1. Using the game

By using the game, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using it. The game is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are under the legal age of adulthood in your country, involve a parent or guardian and obtain any permission required by applicable law. Do not use the app if you do not meet the applicable age requirements.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the app for lawful entertainment. The app is not medical advice, treatment or a promise of improved cognitive health.

2. Your player profile

The current game uses a pseudonymous player identity created automatically when online services are available. Choose an appropriate display name and do not impersonate others or include private information. An anonymous profile is not a guaranteed cross-device account or recovery service. Clearing storage or uninstalling may make progress or identity inaccessible.

3. Fair play and progress

Do not exploit bugs, forge results, tamper with network requests, manipulate scores, or disrupt other players or the service. This does not restrict rights that applicable law protects.

Official XP and leaderboard results depend on server verification. Offline play, practice, retries, hints and Give Up are governed by the rules shown in the game. XP, ranks, streaks and milestones are virtual progress only: they have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money.

We may correct invalid results or restrict abusive activity using proportionate measures. Contact us if you believe a correction or restriction is mistaken.

4. Availability and changes

Puzzles run locally, but synchronization and rankings need an internet connection and available online services. We may fix, improve, change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free puzzles or indefinite preservation of progress. Where law requires notice or remedies, those requirements apply.

5. Ads and outside services

The inspected development version does not display third-party advertising. We plan to use Google AdMob in ad-supported versions, with applicable notices and privacy choices. Any external advertiser offer is governed by its own terms; we do not guarantee its content or availability. These terms do not substitute for consent required for advertising data processing.

The current app has no in-app purchase or subscription system. Any future paid offer will require clear pricing and applicable purchase terms before payment.

6. Intellectual property

The app's code, design and original content belong to us or their respective licensors. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their licenses. Do not redistribute our protected artwork or branding without permission, except where applicable law or a relevant license allows it.

7. Privacy and leaving

Read our privacy policy for data handling. You can stop playing at any time and request deletion. Uninstalling alone does not delete cloud records. Stopping use does not remove rights or obligations that appropriately survive termination.

8. Responsibility and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without additional promises beyond these terms. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable protections against fraud or rights under consumer law. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Updates to these terms
